Air fryer chips
You will need:
2 large potatoes
Some oil
Salt, oregano
1. Preheat the air fryer and peel the potatoes and cut them very thin with a mandoline.
2. Put them in a bowl covered with water for 15 minutes. After straining them, put them back in cold water for another 15 minutes to soak.
3.Strain the potatoes with a colander and dry them with a towel.Spray them with a spray of oil, salt them and put them in the basket to cook for 15-17 minutes until they turn golden.
At the end add the oregano if you want.
