Koulourakia (Greek Easter Cookies)
Ingredients :
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
250 grams of butter
Or a cup of milk
Or a cup of orange juice
Orange zest
1 kg of flour
4 tbsp. baking powder
2 vanilla
½ κ.γ. soda
½ κ.γ. salt

Instructions:
Beat the butter with the sugar in a bowl very well.
Add the eggs one by one.
Add the milk with the juice and the zest that we have prepared with the grater.
In another bowl, mix all the solid ingredients with half the flour and start adding this mixture to the other.
Add as much flour as needed to make the dough not too hard, but not to stick to the hands.
Leave the dough for a quarter to rest, shape the cookies into the shapes we want with the help of the cutters or just making pigtails and bake them at 180 ° for 10 ′ -20 ′, depending on the size.
Enjoy them for breakfast with your coffee or drink!
