Your order can be canceled once the online order has been completed, but the product has not been sent to you yet. Contact us to request the cancellation of your order. You can see online the stage where your order is from the “Order History”.
The company “SOURDA 1870” accepts returns of products you have purchased from its website with the following conditions:
Your request for a refund will be received in writing within 10 days from the date stated on the sales document.
The product is in its original packaging without being tampered with or used.
The product is accompanied by the relevant sales document (eg retail receipt).
For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, beyond the period of ten days, what the manufacturer’s warranty applies.
If the product is deemed eligible for a refund under the above conditions, then its value is credited to your credit card if the purchase was made by credit card or to your account that you indicate, if the purchase was made with a different payment method.
Return costs will be borne by you. In case the product is defective as well as in cases where with a proven fault you received the wrong product or it was delivered with damage, then we will refund the shipping costs for the return of the product.
Returns on gifts that have been given promotionally or on offer with another product are not accepted. In case the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at his own expense.
